I wrote this book “Frank’s First Day at Feelings Academy,” to introduce children to the emotions of happy, sad, mad and anxiety as well as to some ways of coping with them. Teaching children emotional awareness is important to a child’s development because it teaches a child to communicate their emotional needs and cope.
